Happiness and Joy - Living a Blissful Life

It shouldn’t be a surprise that you can find joy in life by doing the things you love. Doing the things you love cultivates joy and happiness in our lives.
Over the past month I’ve discovered that at any moment I can transform triggering emotions into happier ones. Wouldn't you rather be happy by transforming your triggering emotions? 
I have to work hard to relax my mind because if I don’t, it just keeps spinning and often wanders into some irrational thought. Lately, I’ve discovered that play helps relax my mind more than almost anything else.
I recently discovered that my anxiety decreases and my happiness increases when I establish healthy boundaries. In this blog, I want to share with you three, simple steps to help you establish healthy boundaries in your life.
Happiness, hope and harmony can be created in your life by adding color. Some days are filled with positive events that are full of vibrant colors and other days are filled with challenges that can be dark and gloomy. As I open my eyes each morning and wrestle with my thoughts about the upcoming day, I try to see a rainbow of positive color to get me started off on the right foot. One way to create happiness, hope and harmony is to notice the colors around you. 
Creating bliss in your kitchen is simple with these five easy steps. Before I discovered blissful living in my life, I would sometimes find myself standing in the middle of my kitchen overwhelmed by it's disorganization. The cupboards were filled with outdated food packages, drawers were piled high with random items, and cabinets that were too high to reach were filled with dishes from years gone by. But with these 5 steps, I created bliss in the kitchen.
Balance in your daily living can lead to more joy and bliss in your life. Finding daily balance in your life can be achieved by learning about and using a wellness wheel. You might be wondering what a wellness wheel is and how knowing about it can help you live more blissfully. Several years ago, I made the conscious decision that I wanted to start focusing on what was working in my life and do more of it and the wellness wheel helped.  
Long ago, I discovered that the key to happiness lies in not taking myself too seriously. Taking myself less seriously has unlocked a world of bliss in my life. I want to share with you three techniques that I use to take myself less seriously.
A mother’s life can be full of bliss. All mothers share many of the same events in life. The difference, for some, is the attitude in which motherhood is approached. For some, the sound of a baby's cry, a toddler's whining or a teenager's grumbling is difficult and frustrating. But for others, the baby's cry is a sign they need you, the toddler's whine is a sign of growth and the teenager's grumbling is a time to teach. You can find bliss in your life as a mother by learning from each of these five stages of your child's life.
I have learned, over time, that a positive attitude can lead to blissful living. Elation comes rushing out from deep inside my soul when I have feelings of happiness, which is much more often in my daily living than not. How is it that it comes so easily? It's naturally an extension of an attitude and having an instinctively positive attitude can bring much more joy and bliss into your daily living.
