About Me

I'm a 23-year old B.A. psychology senior. It's my last year in undergrad! I was diagnosed as Bipolar about 2 years ago. When I was initially diagnosed, the first thing I did was go online to learn more. Sadly, a lot of shrinks today feel that giving you info on your illness is a waste of THEIR time.

After awhile, I decided to start a webpage to give newly diagnosed people the basic information on the illness they need and to educate others. My site has gotten a lot bigger since then and offers info on all mood disorders and related stuff.

I also do other work online. I'm ring master of the manic depression webring - currently the biggest ring dedicated to bipolar disorder on the net. I am also the editor of the bipolar section on the open directory project (selecting links for major search engines such as Lycos and Hotbot). I did other things as well - not related to mood disorders - like being a channel operator on the official #Israel chatroom on IRC's EFNET.
