The first half-hour of the show, we'll have the latest mental health news and our hosts will interview a guest on a mental health/psychology topic. During this segment, we welcome your thoughts, opinions, and questions specifically pertaining to what our guest is talking about. During the second half-hour of the show, if you have a personal psychology, mental health, or relationship question for Dr. Kumar, she'll be taking those by phone and email.
