| I'm thinking, one of the best ways to help and support each other
is to share information. If you have experience with, or knowledge
of a treatment ADD or ADHD, tell us about it.
It doesn't matter whether your experience was with a medication
or therapy, traditional cures or holistic help. We just want to know
more information about it and, if you tried it, whether or not it
worked for you. Or maybe you want to reach out and ask for help
regarding your own issues with ADD/ADHD.
