The concentration for EdNet^SM has been on providing research ease for students. 

EdNet^SM provides a safe, easy research resource for children through its "Lock-In/Lock-Out" capability. This feature enables parents and teachers to restrict the student's search only to pre-screened, child-appropriate websites.

There are some lesson plans and teacher resources presently included in the ever-growing database; however, EdNet^SM primarily focuses on material for use directly by students.
